Welcome to CLICK’N FLY. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website and your participation in any expedition cruise, voyage, or related service offered by CLICK’N FLY .By accessing our website or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
. Use of Website
The CLICK’N FLY website is intended for personal and booking-related use only. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with website operations
- Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in case of misuse.
2. Information Accuracy
While we strive to ensure accuracy of itineraries, schedules, pricing, and availability, expedition cruising is subject to operational and environmental factors. All information is indicative and may change without prior notice until booking confirmation.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and operational feasibility
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from CLICK’N FLY
- Guests must provide complete, accurate, and valid personal information at the time of booking
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if incorrect or misleading information is provided.
4. Payments
- Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking
- Certain services such as permits, charter arrangements, optional excursions, or third-party services may require full advance payment
- Prices may be subject to taxes, port charges, and government levies
Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
5. Travel Documents & Guest Responsibility
Each guest is responsible for obtaining and carrying:
- Valid passport with adequate validity
- Visas, permits, and immigration approvals
- Health certificates, vaccinations, and travel insurance
CLICK’N FLY may provide guidance but shall not be responsible for delays, denials, or losses due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
6. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
Due to the nature of expedition cruising, itineraries may be altered or cancelled due to:
- Weather or sea conditions
- Safety or navigational requirements
- Government or port authority restrictions
- Natural calamities or events beyond our control
Such changes do not automatically entitle guests to compensation. CLICK’N FLY shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events.
7. Health, Fitness & Safety
- Expedition cruises require a reasonable level of physical fitness
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may impact participation
- We reserve the right to restrict participation in activities for safety reasons
All guests must follow crew instructions and safety protocols at all times.
8. Guest Conduct & Discipline
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow guests, crew, local communities, and the environment. CLICK’N FLY reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without any entitlement to refund.
9. Personal Belongings
CLICK’N FLY is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the voyage. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and obtain suitable insurance.
10. Limitation of Liability
Expedition travel involves inherent risks. CLICK’N FLY, its directors, employees, crew, and partners shall not be liable for:
- Injury, illness, loss, or damage
- Delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
Guests participate at their own risk.
11. Photography & Media Usage
CLICK’N FLY may capture photographs or videos during voyages or use content voluntarily shared by guests. By participating, guests grant CLICK’N FLY a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use such media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
12. Prohibited Activities
Illegal substances, abusive behavior, unsafe conduct, and violation of onboard rules are strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate removal from the voyage without refund.
13. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing to CLICK’N FLY.
Cancellation Charges (Expedition Cruises)
- Booking Amount / Advance Payment: Non-refundable
- 60 days or more before departure: 10% of total cruise cost
- 45–59 days before departure: 25% of total cruise cost
- 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total cruise cost
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cruise cost (No refund)
Additional Notes:
- Cancellation charges apply regardless of the reason for cancellation
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Non-refundable components such as permits, charter services, port fees, insurance, or third-party services will be deducted at actuals
- Refund processing time is approximately 7–14 working days
14. Cancellation by CLICK’N FLY
In rare cases where a voyage is cancelled due to operational constraints, government restrictions, weather conditions, or force majeure events, CLICK’N FLY will offer:
- An alternative sailing date, or
- A credit note, or
- A refund, subject to deductions for non-recoverable costs
Indirect services such as permits, insurance, or third-party bookings are generally non-refundable.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
16. Updates to Terms
CLICK’N FLY reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
